1. Eligibility:
The Florida Premier ACI-15 Gun Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Florida who are homeowners and meet the following criteria:
a) Homeowner(s) must purchase a full roof replacement service from Florida Premier Roofing ("Company").
b) Homeowner(s) must be eligible to own and possess a firearm in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
c) Homeowner(s) must pass a background check as required by applicable laws and regulations.

d) Homeowner(s) must be 18 years or older.

e) Homeowner(s) are Florida Residents.

f) Open to the first One Hundred (100) fully paid and installed first roof replacements to qualify for promotion.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, homeowners must:
a) Purchase a full roof replacement service from Florida Premier Roofing during the Giveaway Period.
b) Be able to pass a background check as required by applicable laws and regulations.
c) Provide accurate and complete information as requested by Florida Premier Roofing through our website.

d) Have no outstanding balance on your contract.
3. Prize:
The prize consists of one (1) ACI-15 firearm, subject to availability. The specific model, color, and features of the firearm may vary based on availability at the time of the award. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Prize Recipient must pass any and all background checks.
4. Firearm Transfer:
Homeowner(s) must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the ownership and possession of firearms. The winner will be required to complete all necessary paperwork and background checks as required by law before taking possession of the firearm. Homeowner will be Transferred an ACI - 15. Transfer of the firearm will be conducted through a licensed firearm dealer in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Release and Waiver:
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Florida Premier Roofing and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the firearm prize.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. Venue for all disputes shall lie exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, Fl.
7. Privacy:
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Florida Premier Roofing's privacy policy (where is this?). By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and awarding the prize.
8. Sponsor:
The Florida Premier Roofing ACI-15 Gun Giveaway is sponsored by Florida Premier Roofing, 10245 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, Fl, 32817.
By participating in the Florida Premier ACI-15 Gun Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

9. Firearm Prize Collection:

Upon completion of the full roof replacement service and payment in full for the services provided by Florida Premier Roofing, the winner of the ACI-15 firearm prize will be eligible to receive the firearm prize. The winner must schedule an appointment for the collection of the firearm from The Armories located in Orlando, Florida.

10. Collection Process:

a) The winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and any additional documentation required by The Armories to verify eligibility for firearm possession, as mandated by federal, state, and local laws.

b) The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the transfer and possession of firearms.

11. Transfer Restrictions:

a) The winner must be eligible to own and possess a firearm as per federal, state, and local laws. If the winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified at any stage of the background check or documentation verification process, the firearm prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

b) The transfer of the firearm prize will only be completed once all necessary background checks and paperwork have been approved by the relevant authorities and The Armories.

12. Liability:

a) Florida Premier Roofing assumes no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the firearm collection process that may be caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control.

b) The Armories, as the designated collection point for the firearm prize, is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transfer and distribution of firearms.

13. Indemnification:

By accepting the firearm prize, the winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Florida Premier Roofing and The Armories from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the possession, use, or misuse of the firearm prize.

14. Modification:

Florida Premier Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the firearm prize collection process and its associated terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

15. Entire Agreement:

These additional sections, combined with the previously stated Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Florida Premier Roofing regarding the Florida Premier ACI-15 Gun Giveaway.

Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these additional sections and agree to comply with the firearm prize collection process outlined herein. Florida Premier Roofing and The Armories assume no responsibility for any participant's failure to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this section.

16. Alternative Prize Option: a) In the event that the winner is not eligible to own or possess a firearm under federal, state, or local laws, or if the winner chooses not to receive the firearm prize, the winner may opt for an alternative prize of a $299 credit to be used at The Armories located in Orlando, Florida. b) Notice of the winner's intention to choose the alternative prize option must be provided to Florida Premier Roofing within 10 days after the final payment for the roofing project has been made.

17. Credit Redemption Process: a) The $299 credit will be issued in the form of a voucher or gift card that can be used exclusively at The Armories for eligible merchandise or services. b) The winner is responsible for adhering to The Armories' terms and conditions for redeeming the credit, and any additional terms specified on the voucher or gift card. c) The $299 credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with any other offers.

18. Deadline for Notice: Notice of the winner's choice to receive the $299 credit as an alternative prize must be provided in writing to Florida Premier Roofing within 10 days after the final payment for the roofing project has been made. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in the default selection of the firearm prize.

19. Liability and Dispute Resolution: a) Florida Premier Roofing assumes no responsibility for the redemption or use of the $299 credit by the winner at The Armories. Any issues or disputes related to the credit, its redemption, or use shall be solely between the winner and The Armories. b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the alternative prize option and its terms shall be resolved between the winner and Florida Premier Roofing in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the previously stated Terms and Conditions.

Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of the alternative prize option, including the process for notifying Florida Premier Roofing of their choice, the redemption of the $299 credit, and the associated responsibilities and limitations. Participants further acknowledge that Florida Premier Roofing and The Armories are not responsible for any issues or disputes related to the alternative prize option.

20. Waiver of Jury Trial: By participating in the Florida Premier ACI-15 Gun Giveaway, all homeowners expressly waive their right to a trial by jury for any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Giveaway, its terms and conditions, the awarding of prizes, or any other aspect of the Giveaway. This waiver applies to any legal proceeding, whether in a court of law or in arbitration, and extends to all claims and counterclaims, as well as any appeals that may arise from such proceedings. Participants acknowledge that this waiver is a knowing and voluntary relinquishment of their right to a jury trial and is intended to be binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This waiver does not affect any other rights and remedies available to the participants under applicable laws and regulations.
